QUARRY DETAILS;

The recent geographical report on the quarry in June, 2021, proves it to be of a very high grade stone and the report is available to interested parties. The quarry only operated for a very short time as the owner moved out of the country, and due to theft he closed it down and the equipment was moved off, so is basically virgin. Most existing stone quarries offered for sale are old boots as they have been operating for many years whilst this one is a shiny new shoe, with a very long life expectancy attached to it.

A large tonnage is above the water table equating to about $20 million in value, based on current prices of high grade stone, equating to a quick good return on investment. There are 2 claims both being 150 hectares each totaling 300 hectares (750 acres).

The quarry is situated between Harare and Norton, giving an opportunity to sell to Norton, and surrounding areas as well as easy access to the designated new Parliamentary project along the old Mazowe Rd.

All of the relative paperwork is up to date and available for inspection to an interested purchaser. As stated, a fair offer would be considered.
