Chalets 3,4 and 5 are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living area opening out to a verandah. There are 3 staff quarters that are part of the Ndabiri complex and are used by the staff working at Ndabiri. A 20 kva generator is wired into all the chalets. There is a Zesa meter for the complex. On the Island there is the flowing. Managers house and office, staff accommodation, jettys for launching boats, communal pool and club house, workshops, boat sheds, gazebo and nice gardens, a store for basics and good security.
