Mutare Farm With Odzi River

This farm is approximately 55 kilometers from Mutare along Mutare Masvingo road, in the Handa area. It is 5 kilometres inwards from Mutare road. The farm can be used for farming , suitable for tobacco, cotton farming and animal husbandry. It is under Mutare Town Council. The water supply is a perennial Odzi river and 3 functional boreholes.The soil is part gravel and sandy loam. This property falls under Semi-intensive farming region 5 where there is an average rainfall of between 650mm to 800mm. It is 80% arable and only 20 hectares needs clearing.
