1. The sale shall be payable using cash/swipe/transfer and in addition the purchaser shall pay:
USD5,000.00 to the auctioneer on submission of the bid as security deposit which is refundable upon complying with conditions of the sale.
2. The highest bidder shall pay;
a) AUCTIONEERS’ COMMISSION at 5% of the purchase price and further; advise, the manner in which he/she intends to make payment of the purchase price and other charges in terms of these conditions.
b) All arrear rates, transfer fees and charges to complete the transfer of property
c) VAT which shall be determined by ZIMRA.
