1 We are selling the Crowborough 2 bedroomed flats off plan at a cash price of USD68,200.00 (inclusive of VAT).
All ground floor flats -sold on a cash basis either onceoff or bullets payments between now upto Dec 2024 interest free.
First floor flats-pay a 30% deposit upfront (with an option to pay the deposit over 3 months) and bullet payments upto June 2025 interest free.
