Located in Juliasdale, this cottage comprises of 2 semi-detached houses that can be combined by opening the inter-leading door. The first house has 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining room, full bathroom, kitchen and pantry.
The second house has 1 bedroom en suite, 1 lounge with balcony, kitchen, study. The house comes fully furnished.
There are 3 staff quarters on site as well as an additional 3 outside toilets for guests. The is also a small gazebo to sit in and enjoy. The property has a prolific borehole, and 2 reservoir tanks.

The property is on at total +4,5 hectares with a stream running through it with a site for a dam, partly fenced. There is underground irrigation piping for a field where they once grew granadillas. 4 hectares are under a blue-gum plantation at various stages of maturity.
