New Development-Fully Serviced Medium Density Residential Stands

The City of Kings, has a new exciting development underway, situated approximately 10 kilometers from central Bulawayo.
This is a development of medium residential density stands ranging from 600 square metres to a 1000 square metres and above and priced between $27-$32 per square metre, respectively.
Limited commercial stands are available as well.
The development is in four phases, with phase one almost complete.
Completed works to date on phase one include, water, sewer reticulation pipes, bridges with electricity lines being erected and roads now being tarred.
