We are offering this 214 hectare farm, with irrigation water supplied from the nearby Mananda Dam. Approximately 200 hectares is developed as irrigable area, with lands watered by means of two centre pivots, drip tape and overhead irrigation. Water is pumped from the Mananda dam into a 10 million litre storage dam, and dispensed therefrom by means of a recently installed pumping system, complete with 210 KVA backup generator. Buildings include farmhouse, two cottages, a fully kitted workshop, storeroom, and a store/butchery with cold room. All of the equipment on the farm goes with the purchase. This includes 15 tractors, numerous trailers, ploughs and other implements.
