Arlington Estate is an upmarket and exclusive residential estate in the southern parts of Harare, which ranks among the affluent and prestigious residential areas in the city. Arlington Estate is a mixed use development comprising low density, cluster and commercial properties. It lies between Airport Road and Seke Road. It is bordered by Hatfield, Logan Park and Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport.

The original subdivision permit only allowed for low density stands but an alteration was made in 2015 due to market demand for smaller units. The low density stands have model plans and architectural guidelines, whilst the cluster units have pre-approved plans.

The development includes the provision of both commercial and suburban shopping centre. Additionally, there is provision for a crèche, a Secondary School, a Church and Light Industrial developments.
